Meet Scott Saunders

INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE INSTRUCTOR & PROFESSIONAL INVESTOR

Scott R. Saunders has been involved in investment real estate and tax law for over 35 years.  In addition to providing tax and real estate advice professionally, he started with just a couple of single-family rentals and over time has built a portfolio of 60+ investment properties in many states.

Today his portfolio is over eight figures in value and produces hundreds of thousands of dollars in passive cash flow annually.

Mr. Saunders dedicates a significant portion of his time presenting podcasts, webinars and classes on investment real estate and real estate tax laws to real estate investors, accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate agents/brokers nationwide.

In addition to being an accredited speaker in numerous states, Mr. Saunders was a contributing author to the books Real Estate Exchanges: Using the Tax Deferred Exchange in Real Estate Investment Management and Do You Speak Purchase? Finding and Negotiating Your Own Commercial Building.

He is currently a member of the Real Estate Roundtable, a public policy organization with membership by invitation based in Washington, D.C. that represents the interests of real estate. Mr. Saunders is on the Real Estate Roundtable’s Tax Policy Advisory Committee. He also on the FEA Government Affairs Committee where he advocates for investor-friendly tax policies with members in Congress.
